Designer-Client Relationships

Desyners is a platform that connects homeowners with designers. We are not a party to any agreements between users and designers. All contracts, payments, and project execution are between you and the designer directly.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload to Desyners. By uploading content, you grant us a license to:

• Display your content on our platform
• Use your content for marketing and promotional purposes
• Modify and adapt your content for technical requirements

Limitation of Liability

Desyners is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to disputes with designers, project delays, or quality issues.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
